Robert joined Beacon Hill in 2024 as a Senior Account Executive responsible for growing our presence in the Atlanta market, and then later moved into the Business Development Manager role. With close to 7 years of experience in the IT staffing industry, he helps organizations solve their hiring challenges by delivering creative, tailored workforce solutions. As Business Development Manager, Robert also leads our sales team and is responsible for driving strategy, mentoring Account Executives, and fostering a high-performance culture. His focus is on building long-term partnerships and delivering results that help clients scale with confidence in today’s fast-moving tech landscape. Robert graduated from the University of Georgia in 2015 and is a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, fishing, and living an active lifestyle with his wife and his two dogs.
