Mr. Mello is responsible for oversight of the billing, cash application and collections functions. He began his career as a financial manager and has worked in a range of industries, including electrical wholesale, specialty chemicals, data storage and staffing. He works closely with senior management to develop support level expectations that will ensure standardized premium support. At the same time, he continually reviews internal processes for potential improvement opportunities. Mr. Mello received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, where he majored in business management with a concentration in marketing.
