We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting and core HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in building a strong talent pipeline, driving leadership development initiatives, and supporting a high-performing workforce across both hourly and salaried populations. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in manufacturing recruiting, strong business partnership skills, and a hands-on approach to employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on skilled trades and leadership positions
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive manufacturing labor market
  • Partner closely with plant leadership, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with business goals
  • Drive leadership development (LD) programs, including succession planning, talent reviews, and internal mobility initiatives
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience, including orientation and early-stage development
  • Administer and communicate employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee understanding
  • Support performance management processes, employee relations, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Analyze recruiting and HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and process enhancements
