Civil Litigation Paralegal:
Boca Raton law firm seeking a paralegal to join a midsized law firm that focuses primarily on civil litigation, business law, real estate, and probate. The firm is looking for a candidate that is motivated, has superior organizational skills and is spectacular at pleading preparation and case management. The Candidate will be expected to perform the following:
- E-File and Draft routine legal documents and discovery
- Create, maintain, and organize case files
- Calendaring
- Schedule hearings, depositions, and other events
- Preparation for upcoming hearings, depositions, meetings, etc.
- Maintain deadlines on client matters and assure dates are timely met
- Communication and correspondence with clients on various case related matters
The Candidate must be professional and have strong drafting skills. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3 years experience as a litigation paralegal. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with the firm.
