Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Temporary Litigation Event Docketing Specialist for a leading law firm in Boston, MA.
This hybrid position will provide leave coverage for approximately 6-8 weeks, with potential for longer-term opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume litigation docketing and calendaring requests using CompuLaw.
- Review court filings, rules, orders, and judicial preferences to ensure accurate deadline calculation and docket maintenance.
- Execute complex federal and state court calendaring requests.
- Conduct document and docket analysis to identify critical deadlines.
- Assist with CompuLaw database administration and workflow management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation calendaring/docketing experience.
- Strong experience with CompuLaw/Aderant Vision or similar docketing software.
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and legal research skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Schedule: Hybrid (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote)
- Duration: 6-8 week assignment covering a leave of absence (potential to extend)
- Start: ASAP following one interview
