Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

  • Provide high-level executive and personal support to a CEO in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage a complex calendar, prioritize meetings, resolve conflicts, and prepare meeting materials and executive briefings
  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, car services, and itineraries
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the executive, employees, investors, board members, and external contacts
  • Plan and execute board meetings, company events, and other executive functions
  • Manage confidential files, correspondence, expenses, reimbursements, and administrative operations
  • Support office operations, vendor coordination, facilities management, and special projects

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant experience required
  • Experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior leader with extensive calendar and travel management
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs several steps ahead
  • Comfortable managing changing priorities, competing deadlines, and confidential information
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, professional, and collaborative approach
  • Able to thrive in a traditional, process-driven environment with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through

About The Position:

  • Temporary-to-Hire
  • $45-$48/hr
  • Permanent Salary: $110K-$125K
  • 100% onsite
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Metro Accessible!
  • Occasional weekend availability may be required
