Our client, a private markets specialist firm located in Manhattan is looking for a LTT/TTP Coverage Coordinator to join their team. This position will start September 2026 and will operate on a hybrid schedule (Fridays remote) between the hours of 8:30/9am to 5pm Need flexibility for OT. Temp rate is $38-43/hour. For temp to perm, hourly in line with 80K-90K base salary. Temp duration is through the end of this year with potential to extend/convert.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize all external meetings with clients and potential investors
  • Organize client roadshows and firm-only roadshows for coverage team members
  • Maintain internal roadshow scheduling systems
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Provide heavy calendar management support for coverage team members
  • Book travel, restaurants, and meeting logistics
  • Prioritize and resolve calendar conflicts
  • Produce weekly LP target reports using DealCloud
  • Prepare weekly roadshow planning updates for senior coverage professionals
  • Use initiative to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of roadshow schedules
  • Collaborate with Coverage Coordinator teams across New York, London, and Hong Kong
  • Provide on-site support to coverage team members as needed
  • Coordinate with clients and colleagues across multiple global regions

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services
  • Investor Relations experience is a plus
  • Roadshow coordination experience preferred
  • Strong calendar management experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience gathering and compiling reporting data
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM system experience preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to handle both strategic and administrative tasks
  • Ability to remain adaptable in fluid and rapidly changing situations
