Our client a national professional association is seeking a Part Time Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Member Engagement Officer (CMEO)
  • Manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and supporting materials
  • Assist with communications, follow-up actions, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate events, special projects, and departmental initiatives
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for members, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Maintain organized records, files, and administrative processes to support day-to-day operations

About You:

  • 5+ years of executive assistant or senior-level administrative support experience
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or executive leadership teams
  • Strong calendar management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

About The Position:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • $30-$34/hr
  • 3-month contract with potential to extend
  • Part-time schedule: 12 hours per week (Tuesday-Thursday)
  • 100% onsite in Washington, DC
