Executive Assistant to $140K – Operate at the Center of Leadership!
Our client, a large real estate organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to become a trust partner to multiple C-suite leaders. This role centers on calendar strategy, executive communications, and high-discretion support, operating several steps ahead of leadership. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience supporting senior level leadership and thrives in autonomous environments.

- Responsibilities include owning and strategically managing complex, high‑volume executive calendars with a focus on prioritization and time protection; overseeing executive inboxes, triaging communications and drafting correspondence on leaders’ behalf; preparing executives for daily and upcoming commitments through briefings, agendas, and contextual materials; coordinating domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries and contingency planning; managing expense tracking and reconciliation; supporting sensitive personal administrative needs including appointment coordination, document organization, and vendor or advisor interaction; leveraging AI tools daily to improve workflow efficiency, drafting quality, and operational effectiveness; serving as a polished, professional point of contact for senior‑level internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential matters with absolute discretion.
- The ideal candidate possesses at least 6 years of experience supporting C‑suite or senior leadership in a corporate or enterprise environment; proven success supporting multiple executives simultaneously with minimal oversight; demonstrated strength in calendar strategy, inbox ownership, and executive‑level communication; active, hands‑on use of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar; exceptional judgment and comfort handling sensitive personal matters; advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern productivity platforms.
