Executive Assistant to $100K – Support High-Impact Technology Leaders!

Our client, a highly regarded global investment management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role blends traditional executive support with operational coordination, including calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel planning. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within technology or professional services environments.

Position Details:

  • Location: Boston, MA
  • Work Model: Hybrid (4 days in-office)
  • Degree: Not Required
  • Responsibilities include managing complex, high-volume calendars across time zones and shifting priorities; coordinating internal and external meetings including logistics, materials, and follow-ups; arranging domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries; acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders while handling sensitive information with discretion; supporting team operations through tracking deliverables and preparing documentation; assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and general administrative processes; and contributing to process improvements and ad hoc projects.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders; strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; a proactive, anticipatory approach with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort adopting new tools and technologies; and a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
