Beacon Hill Financial: Staff Accountant Opportunity (Contract Long Term)- Pay up to $33/HR-
Hybrid Schedule- 2-days in office (Flexible on days in office)
This is a 7-month contract for a Staff Accountant, in the Minneapolis area, with potential to extend and offers a collaborative environment where someone who enjoys learning, taking initiative, and improving processes can really make an impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage AP/AR transactions and reconciliations
* Support payroll processing and payroll journal entries
* Assist with month-end and year-end close
* Prepare journal entries, account analysis, and reporting
* Research and resolve discrepancies
* Help identify and implement process improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Accounting/Finance degree
* Hands-on AP/AR and accounting experience
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Confident, proactive, and naturally takes initiative
* Curious mindset and excited to learn and take on new projects
