Accounts Payable Specialist
Our client local to Exton, PA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This position will be responsible for supporting the full accounts payable cycle, maintaining accurate vendor records, and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Responsibilities:
- Process and code vendor invoices
- Prepare check, ACH, and electronic payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
- Maintain accurate AP and vendor records
- Assist with month-end close and AP reconciliations
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues
- Support additional accounting functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous accounts payable experience
- Strong Excel and general accounting system skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines
