Amy Hess

Amy Hess is a staffing leader focused on building high-performing teams and expanding client partnerships within the Denver market.

Ms. Hess is a Division Director at Beacon Hill, where she leads the Associates division in Denver. In this role, she is responsible for growing the division’s client portfolio while overseeing and developing a team of sales and recruiting professionals to deliver high-quality staffing solutions.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, Ms. Hess brings deep market knowledge and a proven ability to support clients across a range of hiring needs while helping candidates advance their careers.

Her professional accomplishments include successfully staffing more than 100 resources on a large government contract and mentoring and promoting over 10 recruiters into sales or recruiting leadership roles throughout her career—demonstrating a strong commitment to team development and leadership growth.

Ms. Hess is known for her relationship-driven and growth-oriented approach, balancing business development with hands-on leadership to drive results for both clients and internal teams.

Outside of work, she is a passionate rescue dog advocate and was the captain of her college equestrian team, experiences that reflect her leadership, dedication, and teamwork.

Ms. Hess earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Alabama.
