With over a decade of experience in workforce strategy, talent development, and business consulting, she specializes in helping companies navigate complex challenges in the ever-evolving technology landscape.
Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ashley held key leadership roles at Wells Fargo, where she spearheaded enterprise-wide workforce strategies, led diversity and inclusion initiatives, and provided strategic guidance on talent management and organizational design. She also brings a strong background in financial services, having managed workforce planning and business development for Wells Fargo’s Capital Markets and Investment Banking division while at TEKsystems.
Ashley is passionate about empowering businesses through strategic talent solutions and fostering inclusive workplaces that drive long-term success. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, with a concentration in Political Science, from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
