Ashley Shoucair

Ashley is a Senior National Account Manager with more than 7+ years of experience in the Talent Services industry, specializing in enterprise level partnerships and national accounts. In her role, she is responsible for driving growth, developing account strategy, providing governance and oversight, and most importantly building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and teams.

Throughout her career, Ashley has held several leadership roles within national account organizations and has been trusted to support some of the world’s largest and most innovative companies. She has been responsible for driving significant revenue across multiple national accounts while helping clients solve challenging talent needs, scale their teams, and accomplish their broader business goals. Working in complex enterprise environments has shaped her ability to think creatively, navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and remain resilient when faced with challenges.

While Ashley is passionate about growth and results, the impact she has on people is what she finds most rewarding. She takes great pride in coaching and mentoring others, and few things bring her more joy than watching members of her team reach milestones they once thought were out of reach. The same is true of her clients, she genuinely cares about their success and strives to be more than a business partner, but someone they know they can trust and rely on.

Ashley is known for her relationship building skills, tenacity, resilience, and go-getter mentality. Both personally and professionally, she believes some of the greatest growth comes from navigating challenges, staying committed when things get difficult, and continuing to show up for the people who are counting on you.

Ashley earned her Master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School before her older sister introduced her to the staffing industry and she has never looked back.
