Brianna Bushner

Brianna serves as Senior Director of National Strategic Accounts, leading enterprise accounts across the media, retail, and technology sectors. In this role, she focuses on driving new logo acquisition to support sustained, long-term growth. With more than 14 years of experience in the staffing and professional services industry, Brianna brings deep expertise. She is known for identifying growth opportunities, navigating complex organizational structures, and helping clients achieve their business objectives through tailored talent and workforce solutions. Brianna has a proven track record of scaling accounts and building multi-million-dollar portfolios.

Prior to her current role, she held leadership positions with one of the nation’s largest technical services firms, where she played an instrumental role in developing and scaling the National Accounts division. Serving as both a National Account Manager and Managing Director, she earned recognition as a high-performing leader known for her strategic vision, client-centric approach, and ability to deliver results on a national scale. 

Passionate about partnership, Brianna takes the time to deeply understand her clients’ goals and challenges, enabling her to deliver thoughtful, forward-looking solutions. She is equally committed to internal leadership, focusing on developing high-performing teams and fostering an environment where individuals can grow, succeed, and reach their full potential.

Brianna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business from the University of Missouri. Based in Kansas City, she is also an entrepreneur, co-owning a successful dental practice with her husband.
