Candace Bracher is an accomplished leader in staffing and business development, with expertise in information technology and digital talent solutions. At Beacon Hill, Candace plays a pivotal role as Senior Manager, Business Development for Information Technology, collaborating closely with clients to deliver innovative IT staffing strategies and nurturing high-performing teams. Her approach centers on connecting business objectives with exceptional technical talent across a diverse array of IT and digital disciplines.

With nearly ten years of experience in the staffing industry, Candace has established a reputation for excellence in business development, recruiting leadership, and team management. She has successfully led teams to become the largest within their organization, achieving remarkable growth by more than tripling gross profit and spread during their time overseeing the office. Candace is proud to have trained and coached five “echelon” performers, earning President’s Club honors, and has broken into and expanded enterprise accounts at organizations with revenues exceeding $30 billion.

Candace is recognized for her relationship-driven, consultative style, blending deep market insight with a dedication to delivering consistent, high-quality results for both clients and candidates.
