Based in Virginia Beach, she partners closely with organizations to convert business needs into effective staffing and services solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT staffing industry, Carrie brings deep market insight and extensive expertise in delivering contract, contract-to-hire, direct-hire, and project-based consulting solutions. Throughout her career, she has grown and led high-performing sales and delivery teams, contributing significantly to the success of the organizations she has supported. Carrie’s approach is rooted in strong relationship-building, a consultative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
