Charles Szeniawski

Mr. Szeniawski is responsible for leading executive search for Beacon Hill Financial in New England and retained searches nationally for Beacon Hill Search. Overseeing both contingent and retained search, Mr. Szeniawski is known for delivering customized staffing solutions to clients that range from startups to well-established global organizations. Mr. Szeniawski began his career with Beacon Hill Financial and has held a variety of leadership roles, while also being a top individual contributor. Throughout his tenure, he has been recognized as Rookie of the Year, named to the President’s Club multiple times, and named a Top National Producer. Mr. Szeniawski holds a Bachelor of Science degree from George Washington University, where he majored in finance.
