Christian McLaughlin

Christian McLaughlin is a staffing leader focused on connecting top finance and accounting talent with organizations navigating growth, transformation, and change throughout the Greater Philadelphia market.

Mr. McLaughlin serves as Division Director of Finance Temporary Staffing at Beacon Hill, where he leads the Interim Solutions Finance team in Greater Philadelphia. In this role, he partners with organizations ranging from startups to private equity-backed and publicly traded companies, delivering flexible talent solutions to support critical business initiatives such as acquisitions, software implementations, rapid growth, and staffing shortages.

With more than 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, Mr. McLaughlin has built a strong reputation for helping clients and candidates achieve successful outcomes. Throughout his career, he has led startup offices and helped grow them to more than $1 million in gross profit, demonstrating a consistent ability to build high-performing teams and drive business growth. Since joining Beacon Hill as a Lead Account Executive, he quickly advanced into a leadership role and was promoted to Division Director within just over a year of joining the firm.

His professional achievements include earning President’s Club recognition and helping lead an office that was recognized as the fastest-growing office in the company at a previous organization. His success is driven by a relationship-focused, consultative approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Outside of the office, Mr. McLaughlin is actively involved in his community as a volunteer youth travel baseball coach and youth football coach, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and fostering teamwork and leadership skills.

Mr. McLaughlin earned a Business degree from Penn State University.
