As a Business Development Manager within Beacon Hill’s Government Services Division, Danah partners with DOW clients to deliver specialized staffing solutions backed by Beacon Hill’s nationwide recruiting reach. She focuses on understanding complex mission requirements and aligning them with top-tier technical professionals who support critical federal initiatives.

With over 18 years of experience in the staffing industry, Danah brings deep market expertise spanning client relations, talent acquisition strategy, and large‑scale account management. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, she held progressive leadership roles across sales and client delivery, further strengthening her ability to build and sustain high‑impact partnerships.

Danah is known for her consultative, relationship‑driven approach and her commitment to delivering efficient, precise, and mission-ready solutions for her clients. She is also active in the San Diego defense and technology community, regularly engaging in industry events and professional networks supporting the region’s military and federal ecosystem.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Mary Washington.
