As a Business Development Manager with Beacon Hill’s Life Sciences division, he partners with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and research organizations across the Southeast to identify talent solutions that accelerate scientific innovation and operational growth.

Darren brings more than 15 years of experience in the staffing and workforce solutions industry, with a background that includes regional leadership, market management, and client portfolio development across both scientific and technical disciplines. His career includes extensive work overseeing multi‑state operations, guiding high‑performing teams, and building strategic partnerships that support complex hiring initiatives for organizations of all sizes.

Known for his relationship‑driven approach and commitment to understanding each client’s unique business challenges, Darren specializes in developing customized talent strategies across contract, contract‑to‑hire, direct‑hire, and project‑based solutions. He is passionate about helping life sciences companies scale effectively while creating positive experiences for both clients and candidates.

Darren earned both his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and his master’s degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from Georgia College & State University.
