Devon Morones

Devon Morones is a trusted technology staffing leader focused on building strong client partnerships and driving growth across the Sacramento market.

Devon currently serves as Business Development Manager within Beacon Hill’s Sacramento Tech division, where she oversees client relationships throughout the Sacramento region. In this role, she manages her own book of business while also supporting recruiter development and mentoring new Account Executives as they establish and grow their territories. Devon plays a key role in guiding teams toward consistent performance, including achieving and surpassing the $10K milestone.

Throughout her tenure at Beacon Hill, Devon has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership and growth. She has helped eight recruiters earn promotions to Account Executive, contributed to growing his division from $47K to $238K over a three-year period, and earned three promotions within her first four years at the firm—reflecting both performance excellence and leadership impact.

Devon is actively involved in the community as a volunteer with the Ticket to Dream Foundation, a nationwide nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of foster children by providing essential items, raising awareness, and supporting foster youth through community and corporate partnerships.

She holds both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Chico.
