Jason currently serves as Recruiting Manager at Beacon Hill, where he leads and mentors recruiting professionals while supporting client delivery across the region. Based in Columbus, Ohio, he plays an active role in experienced-hire and campus recruiting initiatives, helping attract, train, and retain top talent for Beacon Hill’s teams.

With nearly six years of experience in the staffing industry, Jason has progressed through multiple roles at Beacon Hill, including Staffing Consultant and Senior Managing Consultant. His career growth reflects consistent performance, strong leadership capability, and a deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle.

Jason’s success is rooted in a people-first, relationship-driven approach, with a strong emphasis on coaching, mentorship, and long-term professional development. He is also actively involved in university recruiting efforts, leveraging his background as an Ohio State alum to connect with and guide early-career professionals pursuing sales and recruiting careers.
