Ms. Waters is a Client Director at Beacon Hill, where she leads Client Partners and drives account strategy, portfolio expansion, and executive engagement. She partners closely with Solution Engineering, Delivery, and Operations teams to develop tailored solutions that ensure successful client outcomes and long-term growth.
With approximately seven years of experience in the staffing industry, Ms. Waters has built deep expertise in developing high-performing teams and growing client relationships. She played a key role in establishing a strong foundation for Beacon Hill’s technology presence in the RDU market, contributing to sustained regional success.
Her performance has been consistently recognized, earning six Top of the Hill awards, five President’s Club recognitions, as well as Elite Producer recognition and induction into the Hall of Fame within just six and a half years.
Ms. Waters is known for her strategic, collaborative approach and her ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients. Her success is rooted in relationship-building, operational excellence, and a commitment to achieving measurable results.
