Katrina Acosta is a Practice Director within Beacon Hill Legal’s Managed Review Services (MRS) division, overseeing complex, large-scale document review and legal project initiatives nationwide. In her role, she spearheads strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing project management capabilities across the MRS division. Her responsibilities include designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for Team Leads and Project Managers, optimizing hiring processes, and managing specialized departments to ensure operational excellence. Katrina is instrumental in creating individualized policies and procedures tailored for large accounts, maintaining standardized metrics reports, and serving as a subject matter expert for managed review services.
Ms. Acosta leads the Legal Project Coordinator team, a specialized department providing technical and logistical support for Managed Review Services. As the director, she has successfully optimized workflows to reduce operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Her contributions are vital in streamlining workflows, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the efficient execution of operational support across various legal matters.
Ms. Acosta earned her undergraduate degree from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
