Ms. Faseler serves as Division Director at Beacon Hill, where she leads the Associates Division in the Dallas market. In this role, she works closely with clients to address short‑term and ongoing staffing needs, providing well‑vetted talent and managing the hiring process end to end.

With more than eight years of experience in the staffing industry, Ms. Faseler brings deep market knowledge and a consultative approach to workforce solutions. Her success is driven by strong client partnerships, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Ms. Faseler is highly engaged in the professional community. She has served as President of SNDYE and as a board member of DallasHR, where she was recognized with the 2020 DallasHR Chapter Leader of the Year Award for her leadership and contributions to the HR community.

She earned her degree from the University of Minnesota, completing majors in Business & Marketing and Human Resources Development, with minors in Management and HRIR.
