Kristopher Ramirez leads Beacon Hill Technologies in San Antonio, overseeing IT talent services sales, delivery, and day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on strategic account management across the market. With nearly a decade of experience spanning workforce strategy, solution development, and business consulting, Kris partners with local organizations to drive measurable ROI and solve complex business and technology challenges.
Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Kris held progressive leadership roles at his previous firm, where he was instrumental in expanding new client relationships across the Texas market in San Antonio, Austin, and Houston. Most recently, he led a global enterprise account, managing a distributed team across five countries. He brings a deep understanding of the diverse industry verticals that define the San Antonio market.
Kris is also a U.S. Army veteran, having served as a Captain after receiving his commission through the University of Texas at San Antonio. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Military Studies.
