Laurah Mah is a Regional Operations Lead at Beacon Hill, where she supports recruiting operations and analytics across the LAX-TT, SAN-TT, and IRV-TT markets. In her role, she drives efficiency and consistency through data analysis, reporting, training initiatives, and process improvement, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver high-quality staffing solutions.
With 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, Laurah brings deep expertise in operational processes, payroll auditing, and team training. Her ability to leverage data and streamline workflows has made her a valuable partner to recruiting teams and leadership alike.
Laurah’s contributions have been recognized internally, most notably when she was named Teammate of the Quarter for Q1 2026 by the LA team—an acknowledgment of her collaborative approach and operational impact.
She is also actively involved as a marketing ambassador for the LAX-TT division, supporting initiatives that strengthen team visibility and engagement.
Laurah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from California State University, Long Beach.
