Lauren Fields-Bowers

Mrs. Fields-Bowers leads proposal strategy, sales support, and cross-functional collaboration efforts that strengthen business development outcomes and contribute to Beacon Hill's continued growth. Since joining Beacon Hill in 2021, she has played an instrumental role in managing complex, high-value pursuits and enhancing the processes, resources, and tools that support organizational success. Prior to Beacon Hill, Mrs. Fields-Bowers served as a Senior Proposal Manager for a leading multinational workforce solutions and human capital services corporation, where she developed expertise in proposal development, pursuit management, and client-focused communications, and earned her Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Foundation certification. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University and a Master's Degree in Communications from Illinois State University.
