Lauren Freeman

With nearly eight years of dedicated experience at Beacon Hill, Lauren currently serves as a Business Development Manager, leading a high-performing team of account executives. She oversees key strategic relationships at CVS Health where she is known for driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and delivering exceptional service. Passionate about sales, leadership, and developing others, she is committed to helping her team reach their goals while contributing to the overall success of the organization. Lauren is also apart of the Raise ERN and Fierce Women’s Leadership chapters.

Outside of work, she treasures time with her husband and their two sons. She strives every day to make them proud, hoping to be a strong example and someone her boys can always look up to.
