Luke Swift is a trusted technology staffing leader who connects top-tier IT talent with innovative companies while building high-performing delivery teams across Southern California.

Mr. Swift is a Recruitment Manager at Beacon Hill Solution Group, where he leads the Technology recruiting practice in Orange County, overseeing the Irvine market. In this role, he partners closely with clients to deliver high-impact technology talent while managing and mentoring a dedicated recruiting team focused on exceptional service and results.

With more than a decade of experience in technology recruiting and talent acquisition, Luke brings deep market knowledge across permanent and consulting solutions. His background includes leadership roles where he scaled recruiting teams, supported large-scale technical hiring initiatives, and helped launch new hiring divisions within the technology space.

Throughout his career, Luke has been recognized for his ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Notable accomplishments include multiple promotions into recruiting management roles and successfully supporting the hiring of hundreds of senior-level technology professionals while developing and managing teams of recruiters at scale.

Luke’s success is driven by a relationship-focused, consultative approach and a commitment to delivering value to both clients and candidates. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and passion for developing recruiters into trusted advisors.

Outside of work, Luke is involved with the John Wayne Cancer Foundation and enjoys attending concerts, playing golf, following sports, and spending time with his family.

Mr. Swift earned his bachelor’s degree in Electronics Communications & Arts (Video Production) from San Francisco State University.
