Mike Hass is a trusted staffing and services leader focused on delivering IT and engineering solutions that help organizations execute on critical business initiatives across Metro Detroit. He currently serves as Division Director for Beacon Hill Technologies in Detroit, where he leads the Detroit Technologies division and partners closely with clients to provide high-impact IT and engineering services.
In his role, Mike oversees division strategy, client relationships, and service delivery, working as a consultative partner to align technical talent with complex business needs. His leadership and performance have been consistently recognized, earning him President’s Club honors three times.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Franciscan University of Steubenville and brings a results-driven, client-focused approach to every engagement.
