Olivia Kaiser

Olivia Kaiser is a Senior Managing Consultant on Beacon Hill’s Government Services team, partnering with large government integrators across Colorado to support mission-critical programs within national security space and command-and-control battle management. She is known for an authentic, professional approach that helps clients feel supported while staffing “go‑fast,” highly technical space programs, navigating shifting priorities, and managing the realities of government contracting. Olivia also serves as a trusted resource for Denver account executives—coaching team members on sales strategy, proposal writing, and relationship-driven business development within a highly competitive landscape. As the first account executive to join Denver’s Government team, Olivia helped break into one of Beacon Hill’s largest integrators and contributed to rapid market-share growth nationwide. In her leadership role, she’s passionate about developing teammates into fully independent account executives and elevating their presence in higher-level client conversations. Olivia grew up in Montana and attended the University of Utah, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Outside of work, she is passionate about rescue and rehabilitation efforts for horses in her frequented community of Baja California, Mexico.
