Patrick Befort is a results-driven staffing and business development leader with a proven track record of connecting top technology talent with companies ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 100 organizations.

Patrick currently serves as a Business Development Manager at Beacon Hill Technologies, where he focuses on expanding client partnerships and delivering contract, consulting, and direct-hire IT staffing solutions. He works closely with recruiting teams to provide timely, high-quality talent across a wide range of technical disciplines, supporting clients nationwide.

With over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, Patrick brings deep expertise in full-desk sales, account management, and team leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully placed more than 600 professionals across technology, sales engineering, semiconductor, and healthcare technology roles, while also leading and mentoring high-performing recruiting and sales teams.

Patrick has been consistently recognized for excellence in performance and leadership, earning multiple President’s Club and CEO Club honors, top-percentile sales rankings, and management awards throughout his career. His success is grounded in a consultative, relationship-driven approach and a strong commitment to doing what is right for both clients and candidates.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communication from Santa Clara University, where he demonstrated early leadership through student government and campus organizations.
