As Senior Division Director with Beacon Hill Technologies, Mr. Brutsche brings extensive expertise in business development, strategic growth, talent solutions, organizational effectiveness, and global operations.
Throughout his career, Mr. Brutsche has led large-scale teams and growth initiatives across the United States and international markets. His experience includes overseeing more than 1,000 global professionals, expanding recruiting operations, developing leadership pipelines, and implementing strategies that have driven significant revenue, margin, and placement growth. He has also led global expansion, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and operational transformation initiatives across multiple markets.
Mr. Brutsche’s leadership approach centers on developing people, strengthening organizational culture, building scalable teams, and creating solutions that support long-term client and business growth. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Loras College.
