Regional Operations Lead

Regan McCall is a Regional Operations Lead supporting Beacon Hill Technologies’ West Coast region, bringing a strategic, people-first approach to operational excellence across multiple offices.

In her role at Beacon Hill, Regan partners closely with senior leadership to optimize office operations, reporting, onboarding, training and development, and compliance management. She works most closely with the Irvine, San Diego, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Francisco, and Seattle Technology teams, helping ensure consistent execution of regional initiatives and scalable operational best practices.

Regan brings a strong foundation in sales and operations, with prior experience supporting high-growth environments across the mortgage and HR services industries. Since joining Beacon Hill, she has been recognized for her impact and performance, earning Rookie Club honors early in her tenure.

Her approach is collaborative and execution-focused, with a passion for building efficient processes, developing teams, and supporting leaders in driving sustainable growth. Regan is also involved with Beacon Hill’s Launch program, contributing to the firm’s broader community and development initiatives.

Regan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chapman University and a Master of Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California.
