Rod Salas

Rod Salas is a dedicated staffing leader specializing in technology recruiting and team development across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Rod currently serves as a Recruiting Manager at Beacon Hill Technologies, based in Dallas, Texas, where he leads recruiting teams supporting technology staffing initiatives. In this role, he focuses on driving recruiting performance, mentoring consultants, and ensuring high-quality delivery for clients across a range of IT Infrastructure and Government Engineering skill sets. He works closely with leadership and sales partners to align recruiting strategy with business goals.

With nearly eight years of experience in the staffing industry, Rod has progressed through multiple roles within Beacon Hill, including Staffing Consultant and Senior Managing Consultant. This progression reflects consistent performance, strong leadership capability, and a deep understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle within the technology space.

Rod is known for his hands-on, team-first leadership style, with a strong emphasis on recruiter development, candidate experience, and long-term client partnerships. Rod earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University.
