Ms. Juhnke is the Founder of Beacon Hill’s Semiconductor and Advanced Technology Practice, where she leads the firm’s strategy for supporting chip manufacturers, equipment providers, and next-generation technology companies across the United States. With more than a decade of experience in the semiconductor ecosystem, she specializes in aligning workforce strategy with fab expansions, capital investments, and production scaling initiatives. Her work focuses on helping organizations build the engineering, operations, and technical teams required to bring complex manufacturing environments online and sustain long-term growth.

Leveraging deep industry expertise and a consultative leadership style, Ms. Juhnke is recognized for her ability to translate business strategy into scalable talent solutions. In prior leadership roles, she drove more than 500% growth by expanding into new markets, developing high-performing teams, and establishing long-term partnerships across the semiconductor sector. She has supported many of the world’s leading semiconductor and technology organizations, working closely with executive stakeholders to strengthen hiring pipelines, improve workforce stability, and position Beacon Hill as a trusted partner to organizations driving innovation in advanced manufacturing.
