Scott helped to launch Beacon Hill Financial in OKC in late 2025 and brings with him over 15 years of local staffing experience. He has been recognized as a top performer in every staffing role that he has held, and loves sharing his knowledge with the teams that he builds.
Scott has a Bachelor Degree from the University of Oklahoma and recently spent 6 years serving on the board of Bridges, a non-profit in Norman Oklahoma that serves at-risk teens.
