Ms. Boase serves as Division Director, Financial at Beacon Hill, where she oversees the firm's Financial practice in the Phoenix market. She partners with organizations to identify and secure top accounting and finance talent while delivering customized workforce solutions that support business growth and operational success.

With more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting recruiting, Ms. Boase brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and people leadership. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions spanning recruiting operations, branch management, executive recruiting, talent acquisition, and people and culture functions. Her experience includes supporting organizations ranging from high-growth technology companies to large global enterprises.

Ms. Boase has built and transformed recruiting and people functions across multiple industries. Her notable accomplishments include launching a global strategic talent sourcing function, reducing time-to-fill by 41%, redesigning performance management and employee engagement programs, and consistently delivering strong revenue results throughout her recruiting career. She is particularly proud of developing high-performing teams and fostering cultures centered on trust, accountability, and engagement.

Known for her consultative and relationship-driven approach, Ms. Boase is committed to helping clients navigate complex talent challenges while creating meaningful career opportunities for professionals. Ms. Boase earned a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science from California State University, Northridge.
