Teresa Herrell

Teresa Herrell is a seasoned staffing and business development leader with a strong track record of driving strategic sales initiatives and building long-term client partnerships within the information technology space.

Teresa currently serves as a Business Development Manager at Beacon Hill Technologies, based in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, she partners with organizations across the region to deliver IT staffing solutions, including staff augmentation and direct-hire services, supporting both public- and private-sector clients. She works closely with recruiting teams to ensure a high-quality candidate and client experience across the full hiring lifecycle.

With more than 20 years of experience in the staffing and professional services industry, Teresa brings deep expertise in business development, sales process strategy, client and candidate engagement, and recruiter training. Her background spans technical, executive, and enterprise-level recruiting, with a strong focus on building scalable talent pipelines and delivering measurable results.

Teresa’s success is rooted in a targeted, proactive, and relationship-driven approach. She is known for implementing strategic sales processes that strengthen employer branding, enhance candidate experience, and create lasting partnerships with clients.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Columbia College and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from Missouri State University.
