Tim Barber leads Beacon Hill’s Finance team in the Charlotte, NC market, delivering tailored talent and workforce solutions across accounting and finance. He oversees client engagement, business development, recruitment strategy, and team performance, working closely with both clients and internal teams to drive results. Throughout his career, Tim has partnered with organizations ranging from emerging startups to Fortune 500 companies, helping them build high-performing teams and adapt to evolving workforce demands.
Before joining Beacon Hill’s leadership team, Tim held senior roles with several prominent national staffing firms, where he consistently drove strong performance and expanded business lines in competitive markets nationwide. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Syracuse University.
