Mr. Olkewicz is Director of National Strategic Accounts in Beacon Hill’s Technologies division, where he leads a national team of Account Executives focused on expanding and deepening Beacon Hill’s strategic enterprise account portfolio. In this role, he partners with large‑scale organizations to deliver scalable, high‑impact talent solutions aligned to complex business needs.
With more than 10 years of industry experience, Mr. Olkewicz brings a well‑rounded background spanning recruitment, business development, enterprise account management, and sales leadership. His experience across the full sales and delivery lifecycle enables him to drive sustainable growth while maintaining strong client relationships at the enterprise level.
