Valarie Vaughan

Valarie Vaughan is a Senior Client Engagement Manager on Beacon Hill Financial’s Project Solutions Team, partnering with organizations nationwide to support complex accounting and finance initiatives. She specializes in building long-term client relationships and delivering scalable project-based solutions designed to support reporting, audit preparation, restatements, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting and forecasting, systems implementations, and other critical financial operations.

With more than 17 years of combined experience across accounting, financial analysis, and project consulting, Valarie brings a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by modern finance departments. Her background includes progressive leadership roles in project consulting and practice management, where she built and developed high-performing teams, led large-scale client engagements, and earned multiple performance recognitions for outstanding client delivery and production.

Valarie is known for her consultative approach, operational expertise, and commitment to exceptional service. Throughout her career, she has supported a wide range of industries and has played a key role in helping organizations navigate periods of transition, transformation, and growth.

Her leadership is grounded in strong communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for helping clients achieve meaningful results through highly skilled project talent.

Valarie earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ouachita Baptist University and is an active CPA.
