Mr. DeBaie serves as Recruiting Manager within Beacon Hill’s Hartford Technology division (HRT‑TT), where he oversees the delivery team supporting organizations throughout the Hartford area. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring consistent execution, strong client outcomes, and a high-performing recruiting function aligned to market needs.
With more than 13 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, including his tenure at Beacon Hill, Mr. DeBaie brings deep expertise in talent delivery and team leadership. His background spans multiple recruiting environments, equipping him with a strong understanding of market dynamics and client expectations.
