Beacon Hill’s Amy Van Sicklin Recognized as one of the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing by Staffing Industry Analysts
Beacon Hill’s Amy Van Sicklin, Beacon Hill’s Chief Culture Officer (CCO) and Executive Vice President, was recently recognized as one of the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing, by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). In its ninth year, this list recognizes the inspirational and exceptional female leaders for their achievements in elevating this global market space.
The 2023 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list is composed of women in the workforce solutions ecosystem who have not only achieved great milestones in their professional careers but have also made important contributions to the staffing industry overall, helping to drive it forward. The listed women are also recognized for being a solid adviser and supporting career growth of female colleagues in the workplace.
Amy is Beacon Hill’s Chief Culture Officer, EVP of Beacon Hill Corporate Strategic Services, overseeing the cross-divisional business functions that support Beacon Hill’s support teams. Amy oversees company training, professional development and talent acquisition, but is also responsible for events and employee satisfaction with a specific mandate to ensure all business activities support Beacon Hill’s culture and mission. Amy founded Beacon Hill's Financial division in 2003 and launched Beacon Hill's Corporate Recruiting division in 2016.
Leveraging an unparalleled ability to identify the strengths each of her team members brings to the table, Amy is recognized as one of the industry's foremost search and placement experts. In addition to the above core strategic functions, today she continues to directly lead Beacon Hill Financials' Boston team and brings over 20 years of experience to the benefit of internal and external customers, having spent much of her early career in finance and operations at a Fortune 500 company.
A member of Beacon Hill's Executive Committee, Amy holds an MBA from Babson College's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. She is a graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
