Beacon Hill Again Named to Forbes' List of Best Professional Recruiting Firms

Beacon Hill is proud to announce that Forbes has again recognized us as one of "Best Professional Recruiting Firms"! In order to determine this list, Forbes partnered with analytics firm Statista, identifying and consulting with 4,000 recruiters, as well as trade organizations and company databases. The firm then invited 18,000 external recruiters, 1,000 HR managers and 3,000 employees who have recently worked with recruiters to complete an online survey. Respondents were asked to recommend up to 10 recruiting firms (excluding their own), resulting in thousands of recommendations. The top 250 firms to receive recommendations were listed, and Beacon Hill ranked #31.

Beacon Hill was one of seven recruiting firms headquartered in Massachusetts to be named to the list. Since the company's inception in 2000, Beacon Hill has filled over 120,000 jobs and has over 1.2 million vetted candidates in its database. Beacon Hill employs over 600 full-time internal search and staffing professionals as well as contractors on assignment in 39 states nationwide and realized over $410 million in revenue in 2017.
