Expanding Beacon Hill Associates’ Oak Brook Presence
Kathleen joined Beacon Hill five years ago as a Senior Account Executive and quickly established herself as a trusted partner to clients across the region. Recognizing the opportunity to better serve organizations in Chicago’s western suburbs, she helped launch Beacon Hill Associates’ Oak Brook office as Division Manager in February 2024.

Since opening the Oak Brook office, Kathleen has focused on helping clients address hiring challenges with responsive, market-informed recruiting support.

“My goal was for the office to reach an important growth milestone by September, and we achieved it in July,” said Kathleen. “It all happened really fast and seemed to click at once. I was ready for it when it happened.”
