Beacon Hill Dallas Office Honored at Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Luncheon, Ranked in Top 20
As reported in July, Beacon Hill’s Dallas, Texas, office was named as a 2011 Best Places to Work honoree by the Dallas Business Journal. On Thursday, September 22, Beacon Hill Dallas was recognized at the DBJ’s annual honoree luncheon. Of the 52 North Texas-based businesses named to the list, Beacon Hill Dallas was ranked in the top 20.
Following the luncheon, a write up on Beacon Hill Dallas’ recognition was published by the journal. Noted in the article was a mantra Beacon Hill tends to follow: “Without risk, there is no reward.” The article went on to say that “Employees are encouraged to think outside the box, be entrepreneurial and have fun. Beacon Hill workers get competitive pay and ‘production-based freedom,’ in other words, time off, increased responsibilities or whatever drives each individual.”
Also noted was the company’s annual holiday party, which brings together every employee plus a guest to the national headquarters in Boston. At the gathering, top producers are recognized and rewarded for their contributions. The DBJ went on to note how “Beacon Hill employees are encouraged to follow the Beacon Hill Environmental Policy, which outlines strict policies and procedures concerning environmental protection.”
